I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, I did find some issues with the service, particularly with the hot water. The breakfast was basic but sufficient to start the day. Overall, it's not the worst place to stay, but there are certainly areas for improvement.
Rooms

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. They were cleaned daily, and I appreciated the nice touches like the tissue box and the toilet roll, although the overall look and smell seemed a bit old.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly and courteous, and when there was a problem with the shower, they quickly changed us to a new room. However, it was disappointing that there was never any hot water for the sink, which they told us was normal.

The hotel’s location is quite nice; it’s safe and quaint, located just off the busy main streets. It’s within a ten-minute walk to the old city and famous markets, making it very convenient.
Dining

The breakfast was a bit basic, featuring items like cereal, yogurt, and an omelette station. While it was sufficient, it felt like it lacked attention to detail.

The hotel had decent facilities, although nothing particularly stood out. It was functional but not luxurious.

I had a good stay at the hotel overall. The location is superb, really close to Thapae Gate and the Night Bazaar, which made exploring the area super easy. The rooms were quite spacious for the price, clean, and had a decent bathroom. However, the service was a bit hit-or-miss, especially when we had issues with the hot water. It’s a nice spot but there are some areas that could use improvement.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortably furnished rooms. The staff were really friendly, showcasing the quintessential Thai hospitality. However, the dining options were a letdown, as breakfast lacked variety and quality. The location was quite convenient, being just a short walk from the old city, which I appreciated.

The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished, though the beds were a bit firm. There was a downside to our specific room as it faced an iron fence with barking dogs nearby, but we didn't spend much time there.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a huge room that was perfect for my well-behaved 5-year-old son. The staff were extremely friendly and even provided mosquito repellent when we needed it. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to eateries and the night market. On the downside, the rooms were being renovated, so we didn't get to use them as expected, and the view was not great, overlooking some corrugated roofs and rubbish.
Rooms
6.0
We got a huge room, but unfortunately, it was being renovated, and we could only use two singles instead. The room was clean, but the view was disappointing.
Service

The staff were extremely helpful and kind, addressing our needs immediately.
Location

The facilities were decent, though we didn't get to fully experience everything due to the renovations.
